Changing Modes Of Guidance

The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, “Whoever seeks out a path to acquire knowledge (of the deen), Allah makes easy a path for them to Jannah!” – Muslim

The ways of seeking knowledge and the sources have quite changed. In the past people traveled to far-flung areas to seek knowledge. They walk for miles to reach the guidance, until one day the guidance reached them when the prophet p.b.u.h came with the first revelation of Quran. Even the wild illiterate village residing people of Arab walked into the boundaries of Islam due to the light of knowledge glowing in Arab about 1400 years ago. Though it was hard to understand that there was a God who they had never seen but the light of faith still took them out of the darkness they had been all there lives. As said in the Quran:

"When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me…" Surah AlBaqarah, 186

Allah thus took then in the circle of their protection and thus the time changed to a time when people in their tribes moved to the shelter of Islam.

"When thou does read the Qur-an, seek Allah's protection from Satan the Rejected One." An-Nahl, 98
This was just to tell the people of the world to worship Allah and thus this holds the reason opf the creation of the universe. As said in the Quran Al Bayyinah, ayat number 5:

"And they have been commanded no more than this: to worship Allah, offering Him sincere devotion, being true (in faith)".

Then the time changed and now man has all the sources move towards him to educate. Now the sources of knowledge are available in the form of Online Quran but still man stays ignorant.
