A number of Iranian Quran reciters who are in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj recited verses from the Quran Friday night at Shias' Mosque in Madia. Qasim Razeei and Shoja Zowaidat recited verses from Surah Al-Isra and Surah Al-Mumenoon. Later in the program, Zowaidat, who knows the entire holy Quran by heart and won the first title in Egypt's international Quran competition, answered the questions raised by the audience in the mosque. Concluding the program was Tawasheeh performance by an Iranian Tawasheeh group, which was warmly received by the audience in the mosque.
